If yes, I do not have any credit cards and normal bank transfer into countries outside of the EU would be very expensive! Therefore I wanted to ask if I could send the money by letter which is confirmed so that it is possible to prove whether the letter has arrived or not (I don’t know how these kind of letters are exactly called in the USA)?
